Herb Ross
Founder - President
After 20 years of living a life of addiction and crime, followed by 3 years of homelessness; Herb had a vision from God to bring men with the most need into the sheep fold and to introduce them to the new life they were destined to live in Christ Jesus.
As President and Founder of The Way Station, he has sought to see that vision become a reality.
Herb has been married to his wife Bethanne for 3 years and has 7 children; Maranda, Clayton, Luca, Augustina, Jolyon, Valencia, and JC.
He and his family love and serve the Lord through regular church attendance, and by loving others in their community through various church and non-church related activities.
Bethanne Ross
Cofounder - Vice President
Free from the sin of her past, Bethanne has been serving the Lord for the past 10 years: through mission work, community service, and through her role as Vice President and Co-Founder of The Way Station.
Bethanne has been married to her loving husband Herb for 3 years. She has 7 children; Maranda, Clayton, Luca, Augustina, Jolyon, Valencia, and JC. Bethanne enjoys serving her community and church with her children and husband by her side.
Ralph Minster
Pastor
Ralph Minster is a deeply committed and revered minister with over 30 years of service in the Assembly of God. His enduring dedication began with his impactful role as a Chaplain for the Department of Justice, where he provided spiritual guidance and support to many.
Upon retiring from this esteemed position, Ralph embraced full-time pastoral responsibilities with renewed vigor. He is now the Lead Pastor at The Dwelling Place in Lake City, Florida, a role he approaches with a profound sense of duty and compassion.
Under his wise and experienced leadership, Ralph continues to inspire and uplift his community, fostering a nurturing environment where faith and fellowship thrive.
Margaret Minster

Margaret Minster is a seasoned Bible teacher and speaker, known for her deep commitment to prison ministry.
With a profound dedication to both in-prison services and reentry support, Margaret has touched many lives with her guidance and compassion.
Currently, she serves as co-pastor alongside her husband, Ralph Minster, at The Dwelling Place in Lake City, Florida, where she continues to lead and inspire her community with wisdom and grace.
Kelly McKnight, PhD
Lead Pastor - Executive Director
Dr. Kelly McKnight affectionately referred to as "Pastor Kelly", has a diverse background in business and ministry. He comes from a multi-generational family of ministers, pastors, evangelist, music directors, musicians, and song writers.
He shares a passion created in him from his late mom and dad, Dr. Heyward and Margaret McKnight to minister to all, regardless of their socioeconomic standing in life. To feed the hungry, clothe the naked, comfort those alone and hurting... hope to those who've lost hope, minister to those incarcerated, as well as the ex-offender, to give shelter to the homeless.... and bring healing to the sick.
As both a Marine and Vietnam veteran, he has a heart to serve those who’ve served or are currently serving in the US armed forces.
Dr, McKnight attended Holmes Theological Seminary, Lee University, University of Ill (Urbana-Champaign) studied psychology under the mentorship of Dr. An Hosang (Seoul Korea) and is a graduate of Logos Christian College and Graduate Schools (Logos University).
Kelly and Chastity continue to bring the message of truth… that "it’s always too early to quit... It’s never too late to start over."
Chastity McKnight
Worship Leader - Music Therapy
Chastity started her musical career singing with her late father, Pastor-Evangelist, renowned songwriter-musician, Robert Hulsey and her sister Trinity, an accomplished vocalist and worship leader.
Chastity is creating her own mark in musical ministry with her original songs... "I'll Have Faith," "Enough is Enough" and her newest, "Jesus... Friend of the Brokenhearted."
Chastity and her husband (Kelly McKnight) served in Augusta GA at Bible Deliverance Temple for almost 20 years as worship pastors and later as Senior Pastors.
For over 25 years, she has shared the same passion in serving those in need, the underserved, as her husband.
They currently serve as pastors and directors for The Cafe Fellowship www.cafefellowship.org
